Season beef with onion powder, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.

Sear the beef 2-3 minutes on each side. Don't try to cook completely--It will cook in the soup.

Add onions, carrots, and celery. Cook 4-5 minutes or until onions are translucent

Add broth, spices, and worcestershire to the pot, then simmer about 10 minutes.

Add cabbage and stir, then simmer another 7-10 minutes.

When beef and cabbage are tender and cooked through, stir and serve!
