These keto taquitos are stuffed with barbecue chicken flavor, and you can enjoy 3 for just 1.1 net carbs!

Mix together cubed or shredded chicken, chopped red onion, fresh cilantro, and barbecue sauce.

Leftover rotisserie chicken, grilled chicken, or even canned chicken can be used.

Tip:

Place mozzarella cheese slices on a silicone baking sheet, not touching. Bake 5-7 minutes.
