Ingredients

For the chocolate dipped coating

Instructions

  • Add the Greek yogurt, peanut butter powder, cocoa powder, and almond milk to a blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Remember to scrape down the edges of the blender and blend completely.
  • Pour the mixture into popsicle molds. Freeze for at least 6 hours.
  • Heat the coconut oil and sugar-free chocolate in 30-second increments, stirring in between, in the microwave until melted. Carefully dip the popsicles in the melted chocolate** and top with crushed peanuts if desired.
  • Return to the freezer so that chocolate coating will harden, then serve once frozen solid.

Notes

*Nutrition calculated using Vanilla Oikos Triple Zero Greek Yogurt. Other brands that are sugar free and keto-friendly include Fage Total Zero. When made with these ingredients, each popsicle has 6.2 net carbs.
**Choose a jar or glass only slightly bigger than the width of the popsicles so you do not need tons of chocolate for dipping.
