Ingredients
  

  • 1 bunch radishes 1.5 cups
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees
  • Begin by washing and removing the stems from the radishes. Slice in half lengthwise and place in a mixing bowl.
  • Combine with olive oil, minced garlic, salt and pepper. Stir very well until completely covered.
  • Place the radishes cut side down on a baking sheet.
  • Roast at 400 degrees for 10-12 minutes until crisp and tender. Remove the pan once half way through cooking and shake the radishes so they cook evenly.
