Begin by washing and removing the stems from the radishes. Slice in half lengthwise and place in a mixing bowl.
Combine with olive oil, minced garlic, salt and pepper. Stir very well until completely covered.
Place the radishes cut side down on a baking sheet.
Roast at 400 degrees for 10-12 minutes until crisp and tender. Remove the pan once half way through cooking and shake the radishes so they cook evenly.
