RECIPE
Under 1 net carb per pound, super crispy, and SO flavorful!

Cut off and discard any loose bits on the wings. Pat dry.

Toss wings in baking powder (to make them super crispy), lemon zest, and pepper.

Place on a wire rack on a baking sheet, and cook 50-55 minutes.

If you prefer wings SUPER crispy, broil the wings for 1-2 minutes to crisp up the skin.

Toss wings in melted butter and lemon juice, then serve immediately.
