Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound cooked, seasoned taco meat
  • 12 slices cheddar cheese
  • 1 15-ounce can enchilada sauce

Instructions
 

  • Preheat an oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Bake cheddar cheese slices on a silicone baking mat for 5-7 minutes until they have browned around the edges. Allow the cheese to cool slightly so you can easily handle it.
  • Add the prepared, seasoned taco meat to each cheese shell and roll tightly, seam side down.
  • Top with warm enchilada sauce.
