Place the chicken in a large plastic bag and pour half of the sauce over the chicken. Reserve the remaining orange sesame sauce for brushing while cooking.
Marinade the chicken at least one hour, up to 24 hours for the best flavor.
When ready to cook heat your grill to medium high heat (about 400 degrees F)
Using tongs place the chunks of chicken on the grill (you can thread onto skewers if you wish) Grill 3-4 minutes.
Brush with the remaining sauce each time you turn. When chicken has reached an internal temperature of 165 degree F remove them from the grill and brush one more time with the Orange Sesame sauce, sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds if desired.
To make the Sesame Noodles
Cook the noodles al dente, according to the instructions.
Drain and rinse the noodles, put them back in the pot over low heat.
Combine the sauce ingredients with the noodles and stir well. Give the butter a chance to melt and top with sesame seeds, crushed red pepper, green onions and peanuts if desired!
