Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
Over medium heat brown the chopped bacon until crisp, remove from the skillet and set aside. Discard all up 1 tablespoon of the bacon grease.
Add the broccoli, scallions and garlic to the skillet and sauté over medium low heat for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables have softened slightly.
In a bowl whisk the eggs and heavy cream. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Add half the bacon and cheese over the broccoli, carefully pour the eggs in the skillet. Top with the remaining cheese and bacon.
Bake for 18-22 minutes until the eggs have set in the center.
