These Zucchini Nachos are a healthier way to get your nacho fix! These Keto Nachos can be made in the air fryer, or oven and require just a few basic ingredients!
Slice the zucchini into 1/4 inch slices and place on a lined air fryer basket.
Top the zucchini with the cooked taco meat and shredded cheese.
Heat the air fryer to 375 degrees F. Cook the zucchini for 6 minutes. Cook in additional 2 minute increments until the cheese is golden and the zucchini is tender.
Oven Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Follow the directions above to prepare the nachos. Bake for 10 minutes, check to see when the zucchini is fork tender. Bake additional 2 minute increments until the zucchini has reached your desired tenderness.
