x 4 x 48” lumber
Yellow
Orange, White paints
Paint brush
Instructions
Step 1.
Measure across the width of the board at 3 inch increments
Step 2
. Set your miter saw to 24 degrees, with each cut flip the board creating a wedge 3” wide and 3 ½” long.
Step 3:
Now sand the sharp points down to make rounded corners, I used a belt sander anchored in a vice.
Step 4:
Paint the pieces with a good base coat, I used a white spray paint.
Step 5:
I built a rack to help apply paint evenly and minimize cleanup. Reposition the dividers with each color.
Step 6
: Paint the sides and touch up any areas that might need some extra attention.
