Optional: crispy bacon, additional cheese, fresh herbs for garnish
Instructions
In a large pot or Dutch oven over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks. Drain any excess grease.
Add the diced onion, carrot, and bell pepper to the pot with the beef. Cook for 3-4 minutes until softened.
Stir in the Worcestershire sauce, hamburger seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika, mixing well.
Add the diced potatoes and beef broth.
Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to a simmer. Cover and cook for 15-20 minutes or until the potatoes are tender.
Stir in the cream cheese and cheddar cheese until smooth.
Taste and adjust seasonings as needed. Serve hot, garnished with shredded cheese, crispy bacon, or fresh herbs if desired. Enjoy!
