olive oil

lime juice

minced garlic

lime zest

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Line a large baking sheet with foil and lightly spray with cooking oil
Place the chopped onion, bell pepper, jalapeño and chicken in rows on the pan.
In a small bowl combine the olive oil, lime juice, lime zest and garlic. Drizzle over the entire sheet pan.
In another small bowl combine the chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, paprika, salt and pepper.
Sprinkle over the chicken and vegetables and toss to coat so the seasoning is evenly distributed.
Bake 15 minutes, remove from oven and turn, bake 10-15 minutes more until the chicken is cooked through.
