Ingredients

vanilla Greek yogurt

fresh spinach leaves

frozen pineapple

frozen mango

orange juice

vanilla extract
Instructions
In a large blender container add the ingredients in this order: yogurt, spinach, frozen fruit, juice, milk and vanilla extract.
Blend 30 seconds on high and scrape down the edges if needed. Blend 1 minute until completely smooth.
It is unlikely, but if you feel it needs more liquid to reach your desired consistency add the liquid as needed and blend.
Notes
This recipe makes two large meal size smoothies, or four small smoothies.
