4 slices bacon chopped 1 pound ground beef 1 cup beef broth 1 cup milk 8 ounce tomato sauce 1½ teaspoon mustard 1½ teaspoon onion powder 1½ teaspoon garlic powder ½ teaspoon salt ½ teaspoon pepper 1½ cup elbow noodles regular or gluten free 1½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
In a large skillet cook the chopped bacon until crispy. Remove from the skillet and set aside, drain off the grease.
Brown the ground beef over medium heat, drain off any grease.
Add the broth, milk, tomato sauce, mustard, and spices stir well.
Increase heat to medium high until the mixture begins to simmer.
Stir in noodles and reduce heat to low, cover and allow to cook for 15-20 minutes.
When noodles are tender top with cooked bacon and shredded cheddar cheese.
