Ingredients
  

  • 4 slices bacon chopped
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 cup milk
  • 8 ounce tomato sauce
  • teaspoon mustard
  • teaspoon onion powder
  • teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • cup elbow noodles regular or gluten free
  • cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions
 

  • In a large skillet cook the chopped bacon until crispy. Remove from the skillet and set aside, drain off the grease.
  • Brown the ground beef over medium heat, drain off any grease.
  • Add the broth, milk, tomato sauce, mustard, and spices stir well.
  • Increase heat to medium high until the mixture begins to simmer.
  • Stir in noodles and reduce heat to low, cover and allow to cook for 15-20 minutes.
  • When noodles are tender top with cooked bacon and shredded cheddar cheese.
