First up is this super easy Bacon Cheeseburger Mac. It is made in one pan, under 30 minutes and has all of the flavor of a delicious Bacon Cheeseburger but in cheesy pasta form. It makes for a generous meal and the leftovers are even better!
This is very easy to customize based on your preferences. You can skip the bacon if you don’t have it or need to stretch your groceries a little longer. You can also sub ground turkey for ground beef it you want to go for a leaner option.
What ingredients do you need to make Bacon Cheeseburger Mac?
For the most part, this recipe has pantry staples you probably already have on hand. The ingredients you need are:
- Bacon
- Ground Beef
- Beef Broth
- Milk
- Tomato Sauce
- Spices: onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, salt and pepper
- Mustard
- Elbow noodles (regular or gluten free)
- Cheese
How do you make Cheeseburger mac?
- In a large skillet cook the chopped bacon until crispy. Remove from the skillet and set aside, drain off the grease.
- Brown the ground beef over medium heat, drain off any grease.
- Add the broth, milk, tomato sauce, mustard, and spices stir well.
- Increase heat to medium high until the mixture begins to simmer.
- Stir in noodles and reduce heat to low, cover and allow to cook for 15-20 minutes.
- When noodles are tender top with cooked bacon and shredded cheddar cheese.

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 cup milk
- 1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
- 1 1/2 teaspoon mustard
- 1 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
