2poundsSan Marzano tomatoessliced into thirds or fourths
1/2white onionchopped into wedges
2-3jalapenossliced and seeded*
4clovesgarlic
1tablespoonlime juice

Add the ingredients to a food processor and pulse until it reaches your desired consistency.
*If you prefer a little heat you can add some jalapeno seeds to the salsa.
Notes
If you prefer chunky salsa: To reduce extra liquid you can slice the tomatoes and very lightly squeeze extra liquid and seeds from the tomatoes.
