Ingredients for Zucchini Chips
As always, this is a quick overview of the ingredients you will need for this recipe. For the complete, printable recipe just keep scrolling. These keto zucchini chips only have THREE ingredients! They are:
- Zucchini: super thinly sliced with a mandoline. I do not recommend trying with a knife, even with a very sharpe knife it would be hard to get the zucchini sliced as thinly as needed.
- Olive oil: spray olive oil works best, you can easily control how much you use.
- Ranch seasoning: you need powdered ranch seasoning for this recipe.
How to make Zucchini Chips in the oven
- These veggie chips are made in two steps. The first step is to thinly slice the zucchini into 1/8th inch slices, spray with olive oil and sprinkle with the Ranch seasoning. Use your hands to make sure the zucchini is evenly coated and the slices do not stick together.
- Lastly, place the zucchini on a silicone lined baking sheet. Bake the zucchini in a preheated oven at 250 degrees F. Bake for 45 minutes and flip, bake an additional 10-20 minutes or until the zucchini has dried out completely.

They are super crispy! They are almost as crispy as potato chips! The trick is slicing the zucchini very thinly and cooking them low and slow until all the moisture is gone. The small bit of olive oil also helps to get the chips perfectly crispy.
