These Keto BBQ Chicken Taquitos require 5 basic ingredients and contain about 1 net carb per serving!
You guys know I love a good keto taqutio! I’ve shared my favorite Chicken Bacon Ranch and Chicken Fajita versions on this site, and another popular version on my other website. I think these taquitos are always so popular because people love how simple they are!
This is my go to quick and easy lunch when I have leftover chicken. You can easily use leftover grilled, shredded or rotisserie chicken for this recipe. Just make sure you grab a low carb, keto-friendly BBQ sauce and you are all set!
What ingredients do I need to make Keto Taquitos?
You just need five very basic ingredients to make this easy keto snack. The ingredients you will need are:
- Mozzarella cheese slices (I use Sargento)
- Cooked Chicken
- Cilantro
- Red Onion
- Low Carb BBQ Sauce
How do I make Low Carb Taquitos?
- Combine the chicken, bacon, cilantro, red onion and low carb BBQ sauce.
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Line a large baking sheet with a silicone baking mat.
- Place the mozzarella slices on the silicone baking sheet. Bake 5-7 minutes.
- When the edges have browned and the cheese is bubbly (watch the video if you need some guidance) remove from the oven. Allow them to cool about 1 minute, just so they cool enough you can handle, but still very pliable.
- Place the chicken mixture on the edge of one slice and tightly roll them up, seam side down.

- 6 slices mozzarella cheese
- 1 1/2 cups cooked shredded or grilled chicken
- 2 tablespoons low carb BBQ Sauce
- 1 tablespoon cilantro finely chopped
