To make this delicious peanut sauce, all you need to do is combine the ingredients listed above and mix well! I recommend keeping it in the fridge for a few minutes before serving so the sauce can thicken up a little.
How do I make this Asian Chicken Salad recipe?
First, just chop your veggies and combine in a large bowl. If you’re making this for meal prepping, go ahead and place into your meal prep containers and put in the fridge. Pour your dressing over your salad and enjoy!
How to Store this Thai Chicken Salad
If you have already mixed your veggies and dressing together, then just pop into a plastic or glass container and keep in the fridge. If you are storing separately, put your salad ingredients in a container and place in the fridge. Put your dressing in a container or jar and also keep refrigerated. Your veggies will stay more crisp by being stored separately from the dressing.
