What ingredients do you need for BBQ Shrimp?
You might think this dish requires a lengthy list of ingredients, but you would be surprised to learn that you only need five ingredients for this Easy BBQ Shrimp!
- Shrimp
- BBQ Sauce: If keto, choose one with a low sugar content. I used G Hughes Sugar Free BBQ Sauce.
- Apple Cider Vinegar
- Garlic
- Sweetener: Honey or Brown Sugar Monkfruit work great
How do you make BBQ Shrimp?
- Combine the BBQ sauce, apple cider vinegar, sweetener, and garlic. Stir until smooth. You may need to heat 10-15 seconds to make the sweetener dissolve.
- Place the raw shrimp in a large bowl, pour the BBQ sauce mixture over the shrimp reserving 2 tablespoons for later.
- Heat a grill to medium high heat, approximately 400 degrees and grill the shrimp 2-3 minutes on each side. Alternatively, can use a large grill pan or thread onto skewers if you wish.
