Is this good for meal prep?
These Turkey Roll Ups are perfect for keto meal prep! Simply prepare ahead of time and store in a plastic or glass container with an airtight lid and keep in the fridge. I like to wrap my roll ups in wax paper as well- it helps the texture of the wrap to stay nice and fresh. These Turkey Pinwheels will stay fresh for up to three days.
What should I serve with this keto wrap?
I enjoyed mine with roasted almonds, but there are so many delicious things that would go so well with these wraps! Some of my favorite keto sides are Air Fryer Zucchini with Parmesan, an Easy Wedge Salad or Air Fryer Green Beans. Marinated Mozzarella Balls or Whipped Feta Dip are also incredibly delicious and perfect for packing in a lunch! Throw in a few Keto Chocolate Cookies or Kitchen Sink Cookies and you’re ready to go!
What are keto Cheese Wraps?
Cheese Wraps are a keto friendly tortilla alternative- they’re a tortilla made of cheese! There are several different flavors and each is the perfect keto-friendly alternative to a traditional tortilla. They offer a healthy dose of fat while being naturally low in carbs. Cheese Wraps also roll up easily, so you shouldn’t have any problems with them cracking when you’re making your Turkey Roll Ups. You can find them online or on Amazon. Cheese Wraps can also be found in your local grocery store! These often come in mozzarella, parmesan, or colby-jack.
How many carbs are in a Turkey Rollup?
In an entire Turkey Roll Up, there’s only 3.9 net carbs total! Since you want to remain below 50 net carbs a day for keto, that makes these wraps a fantastic keto lunch or dinner!
What is Boursin cheese?
Boursin is a brand of cheese that combines herbs and spices with gournay cheese. Gournay cheese is a type of cheese that is made from cream and cow’s milk. Boursin cheese has a soft, velvety texture and a fresh herbaceous aroma. The cheese itself is slightly crumbly and buttery. It is also packed with flavor from the herbs. Boursin cheeses are excellent on crackers, mixed in eggs or of course, in a wrap! These cheeses can usually be found in the deli section of the grocery store with the other specialty cheeses.
