Luckily, there are tons of keto-friendly vegetables great for dipping. Here are some of our favorites:

  • Celery – 0.7 net carb per half cup
  • Radishes – 1 net carb per half cup
  • Cucumbers – 1.2 net carbs per half cup
  • Broccoli – 1.5 net carbs per half cup
  • Cauliflower – 1.6 net carbs per half cup
  • Cherry Tomatoes – 2 net carbs per half cup
  • Bell Peppers / Sweet Peppers – 2-3 net carbs per half cup
  • Carrots – 4.5 net carbs per half cup

Keto-Friendly Dips

Our absolute favorite dip, this Hot Crab & Bacon Dip, is low-carb, just like this Buffalo Chicken Dip!
